THE FULL STORY
Why it works.
Meet the PIDDÈL™ for every day. PIDDÈL™ Soul brings the same shared-bathroom peace as the full-size PIDDÈL™ Pro with a 1 L basin sized for regular use. It stands beside the toilet you already have, rinses with about 8 fl oz of tank water at the touch of a button, and keeps the seat down and the floor dry. It is the natural pick for the guest bath, the second bathroom, or the household that wants PIDDÈL™ in more than one room.
- Everyday 1 L basin: Right-sized for regular, day-to-day use.
- Engineered against splashback: The seat, floor and air stay clean for the next person.
- One-touch Rinse: Press Rinse and fresh water from your toilet tank clears the basin in seconds.
- About 8 fl oz per rinse: Far less water than flushing a full toilet for the same job.
- Height adjustable, 29 to 40 in: Set it once for the people who use it most.
- Just 7.5 in wide: Skinnier than a sheet of printer paper; works in as little as 15 in of clearance, even in a powder room.
- No plumbing install: Two included tubes connect to your toilet tank and bowl. No supply lines, no wall work.
- Rechargeable battery: 8+ days of typical use per charge. Red light while charging, green when ready.
- One tool, under 15 minutes: The included Z-shaped wrench is all you need.
- Wipes clean in seconds: Mild detergent, a damp cloth, done.
- Hippo Tank ready (coming soon): Pair with the Hippo Tank for a fully independent setup that needs no toilet connection.
- Patent pending, 1-year warranty: Backed by Kwino Ecolux™.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much space does it require?
PIDDÈL™ is approximately 7.5 inches wide and can fit in as little as 15 inches of available space beside many toilets. Check the full installation area, tube routing and comfortable access. Product width alone does not establish whether a bathroom is compatible.
Do I need a plumber?
PIDDÈL™ is designed for installation without a plumber or permanent plumbing modifications. Follow the supplied instructions and installation video. If your toilet or available space is unusual, ask support to review compatibility before installation.
How does the $50 reservation work?
A $50 deposit per unit secures a reservation and locks in the applicable launch price before October 27, 2026. It is a deposit rather than payment of the full product price. Review the reservation terms for how the balance is collected, applicable charges and cancellation conditions.
How long does the battery last?
The stated battery performance is at least eight days on a full charge under typical use. Frequency of rinsing and operating conditions affect battery life. Follow the manual for charging and battery care.
What cleaners should I use?
Use cleaners and methods specified in the user manual. Avoid abrasive materials and unapproved chemicals that may damage the basin, tubing, finish or internal components. Ask support if you are unsure about a cleaner.
